Product of the day: *Double Bonus*

So I was slacking yesterday and didn't give you my product of the day... oh no!

To make it up for you I'm giving you a double dose today :)

I want to share with you 2 of my most favorite items in my kitchen. I could not have survived my fitness challenge without these 2 things. Ok maybe I could, but I wouldn't want to, lol

The first is my Amazing blender.
I bought mine at Target for less than $15. It's a single serve from Hamilton Beach. I use it every morning to blend up my Advocare Meal Replacement Shake. It's so easy to just blend grab it and I'm out the door. I don't have the added clean up of then having to pour it into a cup because my blender is the cup.... your mind just got blown right??? It's also great for throwing in some almond milk, yogurt and blueberries and taking a smoothing out for lunch. Cause you know how much i love smoothies!!!

*BONUS*: my Amazing Brita Filter
I bought the large pitcher but feel free to explore their other products. I live in a town where it is technically safe to drink water out of the faucets however... it doesn't taste very good and it creeps me out. So I would buy bottled water every week. Like a whole case of it. And we were throwing out plastic bottle like crazy then it just hit me one day... STOP IT. So I did. Then I bought my Brita. I love it. Like really really <3 it. It taste so much better, I know its clean, its cold and the earth loves me just a little more more now.

Weight Loss Suppliments

So here's my dilemma ... I really want to lose just a little bit more weight. Not a lot. I'm talking like less than 10 pounds. But I am having a terrible time doing it . I know the best answer is diet and exercise.  Definitely 100% agree !!! My problem is that when it comes to dieting I have plateaued. :( I lost a bunch of weight when I first changed my diet. I am now so much more knowledgeable about calories and fats and sweets. I have been really good at controlling what I put in my body. So now eating healthy is my new "norm" - yay! unfortunately that's not dropping the pounds any more. So what do I do? I already am only eating 1200 calories a day so I obviously don't want to go below that. Exercise is great. It really is . I love it! I just don't have time for it. I have tons of work-out plans, seriously I have a binder full of exercises  BUT I DON'T HAVE TIME . I have 3 kids to take care of ...
