Going without Advocare?... No Way!!!

In my Advocare, 24 Day Challenge review I had talked about the way it made me feel.

Feeling healthier, alive and energetic was by far the best thing that I could have gotten from Advocare. Like I said in my review the physical transformation was great but it was the internal transformation that keeps me coming back for more.

I have a page titled "... and continued" because I know that I don't ever want to go back to the old me.

Last week was a challenge for me. I had a sick little one and Dental issues all at once.
My toddler was out of pre-school for a week and a half. So between grandparents and dad and I- we all were missing sleep and work that week. It takes a village right?? I also had doctors appointment for myself and a dentist appointment that week. I had a major dental surgery (and by major I mean expensive!) done which had me on Vicodin for a couple days.

So between the mental and physical exhaustion I went off of my Advocare plan for a few days. When everything finally got back to normal and I was able to sleep a couple nights in a row I noticed I was still feeling exhausted during the day. To the point where I really could not keep my eyes open. I was was grumpy and unhappy. I had no motivation to clean up my house. Between baseball, school and dance with 3 little ones I just wanted to sit down! Ever feel like that?

Well I finally started taking my MNS pack again and I am not kidding you THAT DAY I felt a change. I was happier, motivated and not sleepy!!! It's amazing what those little things can do for you. I had a good sustained energy all day again. I was feeling overwhelmed and unable to get things done. I felt "healthy" again.

I'm telling you it's a feeling that's a bit hard to explain, but definitely noticeable!!

Weight Loss Suppliments

So here's my dilemma ... I really want to lose just a little bit more weight. Not a lot. I'm talking like less than 10 pounds. But I am having a terrible time doing it . I know the best answer is diet and exercise.  Definitely 100% agree !!! My problem is that when it comes to dieting I have plateaued. :( I lost a bunch of weight when I first changed my diet. I am now so much more knowledgeable about calories and fats and sweets. I have been really good at controlling what I put in my body. So now eating healthy is my new "norm" - yay! unfortunately that's not dropping the pounds any more. So what do I do? I already am only eating 1200 calories a day so I obviously don't want to go below that. Exercise is great. It really is . I love it! I just don't have time for it. I have tons of work-out plans, seriously I have a binder full of exercises  BUT I DON'T HAVE TIME . I have 3 kids to take care of ...
