I LOVE smoothies

Yep I love them... like really really love them!

Your smoothie can be manipulated into whatever you need it to be.

If you are weight training add some protein power to bulk up those muscles.
This will also help keep you full for longer.
They can be an excellent source for your daily fruits and dairy.
The latest craze- green smoothies. Add things like Kale and Spinach.
Detoxifying? Make a smoothie :)
