These are a few of my favorite apps...

So recently I had to completely reboot my phone down to its factory settings. I was having some issues with it and thought that might help.
Some may be worried about losing everything in your phone but I wasn't. Between TMobile, Samsung and Google I had everything backed up. All I had to do was log in and all my stuff popped right back up. My pictures, my contacts even my apps.

I had a lot of fitness apps on my phone before. Some calorie/food trackers and some work out trackers. What i realized is that I don't need a dozen different apps to be successful.
Narrowing these down was difficult. There are so many good ones out there!!!

I chose to keep only MyFitnessPal and JetFit.

Now JetFit is a new one that I didn't have before but I absolutely love it. I love that I get to personalize my routine. It has options depending on what equipment you have. Its so user friendly and it even tracks your stats. LOVE IT.

MyFitnessPal I feel like is an oldie but good. Its a food tracker that has added in a social aspect. It was probably the first one that I ever downloaded and I have tried several others since then. Somehow I have came back to it and am still just as satisfied. Nothing else is really necessary (in my opinion).

What do you think?

Stretching for flexibility

Stretching is such a critical aspect of life. Stretching will not only improve your athletic abilities it will also help prevent injuries. When you stretch it allows your joints to move in their full range of motion. This is also a great technique to get blood to flow to your muscles. When it comes to cheerleading stretching is a huge aspect. Why? because the focus is on flexibility. When my cheerleaders ask me how to get better jumps- my answer is always to stretch daily. So how do you stretch for cheer? - First you never want to start with cold muscles. So first thing to do is is a light jog for 5-10 minutes. After that your muscled will be warm and ready to be stretched out. - Next focus on your major muscle groups and muscles that you use frequently. For cheer, that would be your calves, hamstrings, quads and hips.It is also a good idea to stretch your back and neck. - When you stretch your right side, make sure you are also stretching your left side. - Hold your stretch
